A voluntary product recall has been issued for Gerber's Organic Rice and Oatmeal cereals for babies. There is a concern that all of the cereal does not dissolve in water or milk leaving lumps that may pose a choking hazard.

The FDA says it agrees with the voluntary recall, which includes nearly 500,000 packages.

Customers can call the baby food giant to get a refund. The number is 1-800-443-7237 or (231) 928-3000. The UPC Code for the organic rice cereal is 15000 12504, and the UPC code for the organic oatmeal cereal is 15000 12502.

There have been no injuries reported by babies that have eaten the cereal, but there have been reports of choking.
