A deadly 4-car automobile accident on Highway 101 in Menlo Park resulted in the death of one person on Monday. In the first auto accident, a Ford Mustang collided with a Toyata Celica, blocking the northbound lanes. Immediately after the first collision, an Acura Integra and a Toyota Camry collided with the first vehicles. The driver of the Celica suffered major injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene; the drivers of the Camry and the Acura suffered moderate injuries and were transported to Stanford Medical Center; The California Highway Patrol reports that the driver of the Ford Mustang was arrested on the scene for driving under the influence.
